 About Our Company:

Dragontown Corset Supply was founded in 1998 when Brooke Burke (better known as Madame Corsetiere,) began ordering wholesale supplies for her small line of handmade, custom and made to order corsets. Recently, Madame has retired from taking corset commissions, and operates Dragontown Corset Supply full time. She uses her purchasing power with her suppliers to help other corset makers get the materials they need at the best price, so that they can pay themselves a better wage for their work.

Madame Corsetiere brings out her corset making skills to design and construct her costumes as Mistress of Ceremonies for both shows of The Pennsylvania Burlesque Festival, and for BOOLESQUE, both held annually at the Mauch Chunk Opera House in Jim Thorpe, PA. Above, in a photograph by Andrea Ramirez, she hosts a capacity crowd at THE BIG REVEAL show of the 2014 PA Burlesque Festival. Her corset and skirt, with train, is cream bridal satin, with hand-applied black chantilly lace. The lace appliques are embellished with 6,000 Swarovski Crystals in various colors, including Peridot, Citrine, and Rose. The fascinator is her own design and construction, featuring three yellow silk roses, ostrich, pheasant, and peacock plumes, and Swarovski Crystals.
